Policies, terms and conditions
Returns Policy
We accept returns on all orders, the customer will be refunded the total amount
of their order less the cost of postage. i.e. if a customer has an order for
$51.00 they will be refunded $45.00 if the product was sent through regular
parcel post. If the order was sent through Express Post the Customer will be
refunded $43.30 (Express Post costs $7.70). Refunds will only be made when
products are returned in full and provided their has been no damage to the
product or the packaging.
Freight
All orders will be shipped via Australia post through regular parcel post or
express post. Orders will only be shipped when goods are paid for in full (When
banking funds have cleared or any other transaction). If paying for freight we
will only charge you what we pay for freight, please note that we have already
factored in the cost of packaging the goods. Therefore when you receive your
goods and you see the Australia post stamp with the price of postage this does
not include the cost of packaging. We are not here to make money on postage and
charge you $10.00 flat rate for postage when it will only cost us $6.00. If you

How to Use Our Site
To use this website you can start on by selecting a product on the left hand
menu bar, For example lets say that you would like to order Ecogear VX35
Vibration Lure Colour 445. Click on Ecogear on the left hand menu, (three
options come up with a details link, click on the link beside the Ecogear VX35
and a in-depth product description with a colour chart is displayed. (If you are
not sure which colour you would like click on the Click Here link to display a
larger colour chart). Scroll down to where Qty (Quantity) and Colour is
displayed, you can choose your qty or how many you would like to order, next
click on the drop down colour menu and choose 445. Choose add to order and you
will be taken to a confirmation page of the item added to your chart. From here
you can Continue Shopping or Go to Checkout. By clicking Go to Checkout you will
be taken to the checkout, confirm that what you wanted to order is displayed,
and choose your freight option. If your order is over AU$50.00 choose the free
shipping option (Payment can't be made through paypal) and click proceed. You
will be taken to a final checkout with the total cost of your order if you are
happy with everything click on the proceed to final checkout link. Fill out your
details and if you have any special instructions or requests make a note of it
for us in the special instructions section. When you have checked all details
are correct click on the send this order now button. You will receive a
confirmation email or your order details.
