Delivery and Shipping

We pride ourselves on getting the goods out to the customer as soon possible, we are building a solid reputation for our speedy service and excellent customer relations. Below are a few points on how we operate to give you a general idea in how your order is handled and dispatched.

• What company handles delivery?
  Australia Post is used to ship all orders
  
• How long should delivery take?
  If the Customer chooses express post generally it should be a next day delivery unless the customer is located outside the Australia Post Overnight Service. Regular Parcel Post will take 3-5 Working Days
  
• Can they pick up goods?
  Goods may be picked up, however arrangements must be made prior
  
• What are the Postage costs?
  500g Express Post Satchel is $6.90
  3kg Express Post Satchel is $10.90
  Registered Parcel Post is $8.50
  Regular Post is $5.20
  
• Do you notify when order is dispatched?
  Generally We will contact the customer when the order has been dispatched.
  
• Can they arrange their own courier?
  Customers are free to arrange their own courier, however goods will need to be payed for in full before the courier can pick up the goods.
  
• Procedure if delivery is overdue
  If your order is overdue don't hesitate to contact us either by Phone or Email, we will be happy to chase it up for you.
